5 Skincare Tips for Fall


While we may still be dreaming of summer days full of sun, sand and surf, the crisp, fresh dry air of fall has moved in.

Fall is a beautiful time of year. The air is refreshing and cool, the mornings are cold and the days warm as the sun comes up. With the change of seasons, there is a drastic shift in how our skin feels, and thus we must find new ways to care for our skins needs. Here are my top five tips for treating your skin in order to improve your skin hydration, appearance and overall health.


1) Get a Professional Facial: As an esthetician, I often suggest people at least get facials seasonally, for with each change of season, brings challenges and changes in our skin. The shift from summer to fall is an important time to think about coming in for a facial. 5) Weekly Mask Treatments: Hydrate with a Mask that will gently exfoliate, nourish with nutrients, hydrate and protect.
